ELEVATE Urban Gymnastics

Urban Gymnastics is the sport of moving fluidly through your environment and expressing your style by flipping, vaulting, jumping and running.

— Our Urban gymnastic classes start at age 7 as we encourage younger students to enroll in gymnastics since the fundamentals are the same.

Beginner Urban Gymnastics

  • -These classes are 1 hour in length and meet once a week

    -These classes are for school aged students 7 and up

  • -Forward rolls

    -Handstands

    -Cartwheels

    -Vaults (speed, dash, kash, etc…

    -wall spins

Intermediate Urban Gymnastics

  • -These classes are 1 hour in length and meet once a week

    -These classes are for school aged students 7 and up

  • -Dive rolls

    -Step wall spins

    -Cartwheel step in

    -Vaults (Kong, double kong, reverse 360, etc..)

    -Back handspring
